About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the national rollout of a large-scale Nurse Training and Clinical Software Implementation program. This Contract (12-15 months) role is 100% focused on execution, coordination, and delivery, not clinical decision-making. You will manage timelines, stakeholders, trainers, logistics, and risk while partnering with clinical SMEs who own the training content. Success in this role comes from strong leadership, exceptional organization, and the ability to drive large, multi-site implementations forward smoothly. This is a high-visibility role requiring confidence, diplomacy, and the ability to keep complex programs on track.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project management for a multi-site nurse training rollout.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate closely with: Clinical SMEs and trainers, Client stakeholders and leadership, and Internal operations and support teams.
  • Lead rollout readiness, scheduling, and execution across multiple facilities.
  • Track progress, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Run status meetings, produce clear reporting, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent delivery, quality, and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage logistics related to training schedules, travel, and on-site execution.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for rollout success.

Job Requirements

  • PMP certification (required).
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience, including large-scale implementations.
  • Proven success in managing complex rollouts with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
  • Experience producing executive-level status reports and dashboards.
  • Preferred / Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with software, EMR, EHR, or healthcare technology rollouts.
  • Familiarity with training deployments or workforce enablement programs.
  • Background in managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Healthcare or clinical environment exposure (non-clinical role).
