Our client is a leading agency for vacancies in the hospitality, tourism and aviation industries. The job opportunities offered are permanent and seasonal placements in 4 or 5 star hotels, resorts in the top destinations of Europe in Cyprus or Greece and more.

The vacancy is for a 5 star luxury adults-only resort in Elounda (Crete), Greece. This property is proud to offer guests a sense of quiet luxury and highly personalized experiences, and they are now looking for exceptional candidates who can bring that same level of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• As a Cook A step into a key role in a professional kitchen and develop your culinary and organizational skills; while ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.

- Take charge of your assigned section

• - Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu

• - Managing your section's operations, overseeing the quality and presentation of food, maintaining stock levels

• - Maintain hygiene and safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations

• - Maintain high level of food quality to contribute to guest satisfaction

Requirements

• - Relevant working experience in a professional kitchen

• - Minimum B1 level of English proficiency

• - Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen

• - A degree or diploma from a culinary school

• - Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your section effectively

What We Offer

• - Monthly net salary of 1650 EUR

• - One-time bonus depending on the length of the employment at the end of the contract
